Lightning Strike

Lockheed's P-38 Lightning was the workhorse of the war in the pacific during WWII, replacing the outdated Curtiss P-40 Warhawk as a long-range aircraft. Here we see the Lightning in a 3-plane formation with large cloud formations in the background.
